At Adelaide Hills Speech Pathology Services, we provide neuroaffirming, client-centred care for children, adolescents, and adults. We understand that everyone's needs are different, so we work closely with each person and their family or support network to provide therapy that is practical, evidence-based, and tailored to their goals.

For children, we use a play-based, child-led approach to create an engaging and supportive environment where they can develop communication skills in a way that feels natural and enjoyable. For adolescents and adults, therapy is personalised, evidence-based, and designed to support meaningful participation in everyday life.

As a mixed clinic and mobile service based in the Adelaide Hills, we bring speech pathology to you—whether that's at our clinic, your home, school, kindy, childcare, workplace, residential aged care facility, or via telehealth—making support accessible and convenient across the lifespan. 

What is speech pathology?

Speech Pathology is all about helping people communicate and connect. Speech pathologists work with children and adults to support their speech, language, and communication skills, as well as feeding and swallowing skills.

For children, this might mean helping them learn to say sounds clearly, develop their language skills, use mouth words or alternative communication systems (like AAC) to express themselves, or build confidence in social communication.

At its heart, speech pathology is about giving every individual the tools and confidence to share their thoughts, needs, and ideas with the world, in whatever way works best for them.

Community-Based Therapy:
We also offer mobile speech pathology appointments in the community, including at your home, school, kindy, childcare, workplace, or residential aged care facility.

We welcome clients who are:
